Quick Start Guide

Administrator: first setup

1. Sign in at /login with the OWNER or ADMIN account.
2. Create the client organization under Clients.
3. Create or assign the client's staff account under Users & Roles.
4. Create the channel under Channels and choose radio or video.
5. Generate the channel ingest credential and deliver it privately to the broadcaster.
6. For public video publishing, use the RTMPS endpoint on TCP 1936.
7. Run a short test before the real event.

Broadcaster: first live video

1. Sign in and open your assigned workspace.
2. Open Channels and confirm the correct channel.
3. In your encoder, choose a custom RTMPS service.
4. Enter the RTMPS server and channel credential provided by the administrator.
5. Start a 20-30 second test stream.
6. Open the public live page and confirm playback.
7. Stop the encoder and confirm the channel returns OFFLINE.

Broadcaster: first AutoDJ radio

1. Open Media and upload at least two audio tracks.
2. Wait for processing to finish.
3. Open Playlists and create a playlist.
4. Add the uploaded tracks and save.
5. Assign or schedule the playlist to the radio channel.
6. Open the public radio URL and verify playback and track transitions.

Publish your first VOD or podcast

1. Upload and process the media file.
2. Open VOD or Podcasts in the workspace.
3. Create the item/episode and select the processed media.
4. Choose FREE, PREMIUM, or PRIVATE access.
5. Publish, then test the public page.
